Is it really that good? my take

The view from our terrace was exquisite and we felt very much at home thanks to Amanda's caring personality. Super comfy bed and included daily cleaning made things easy.

Parking can be a bit tight during busy times and the room had a few areas needing attention, like a leaky tap.

Rooms small and a bit crowded for two, electrical cord for the microwave doesn't reach the power point. Kitchenette space tight with no power point near the desk. Parking bays are cramped, making it a challenge when busy.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, featuring lovely semi self-contained amenities. It was just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Hillarys Boat Harbour. The location was quiet, making it a peaceful retreat, and I appreciated the comfortable bed and instant hot water in the shower.

I am shocked to have payed for a room with absolutely no view! The noise from guests next door was appalling—woudl have been nice for someone to address that. Plus, I was left without a complimentary gesture despite having a horrible stay! Clearly, they only care about attracting other guests, not keeping this one happy!

Ocean View Motel was a pleasant surprise! We stayed in a Terrace/Balcony Room and enjoyed lovely ocean views right from our balcony. The room was clean and had a comfy bed, along with great water pressure in the shower. Checking in was easy, and the daily room service made our stay even more enjoyable.

Just an ideal choice for a budget stay in North Beach with the best value for money ratio. The room we had was spotless, with new carpet and a kitchenette that came in handy. Be sure to ask for a room with a view if you want to enjoy sunsets.
